Well I remember seeing him with the overweight guy who always takes pictures at U.W.F shows. Maybe you can ask him.

you didn't scare me,i just have other things to do than being online all day like yourself. If you read the poster it says "Card Subject to Change" meaning that they're letting you know in ADVANCE that if someone doesn't show up don't be upset cause you were warned

haha just got back from reading on wwa forum someone asked why this was wwas explanation:
The WWE Superstar was replaced with Balls Mahoney. Unfortunately due to an injury, the person scheduled to attend both the Friday & Saturday night shows was sent to do WWE Shows. Due to it being Summer Slam weekend, they could not provide us with another worker/replacement. We were very disappointed as well. This is why all Indy Federations put 'Card Subject to Change', because it does happen.
Hope you enjoyed the show.
Thank you!
WWA
Haha i love how they put hope you enjoyed the show why doesnt WWA answer us fans who asked why they just dont want anyeone seeing that since they know not many people go to wwa site they post it their. Sparts stfu u knew they werent gonna be their all along and Balls wasnt a replacement Balls was probably planned ahead of time.
