OK, so I looked at the site, and I have a few questions:
1- Who else is going to be doing the show? So far it looks like you are announcing Dru Onyx, Jason Rumble, and the Twin Terrors. That is one tag team, what are the others going to be?
2- Why are you running the show in Highgate? That other fed runs there, shouldn't you give them some space, so that fans don't get you confused? I much prefer traveling to St Albans, and might not be able to make it if it is going to be in Highgate.
3- When are you going to fix the website? No offense, but so far you have not done anything to fix it so that it is different from the NWA Green Mountain page. You have broken links, and no roster listed so far. Some small changes could go a long way towards helping to fix the site and make it unique.

Well Doug thanks for replying, the site has a major face lift, check it out!! As far as the other teams we are going to name them as the weeks leading up to the show, one more will be added tomorrow. As far as running in Highgate, well we ran there long before slam started and don't feel that just because they run shows there that we should be closed out to giving our fans in that area what they want to see. We have been asked by many to return there and thats what we are doing. I'm sorry to here you might not beable to make the 5 mile differance, come on Doug...lol.. Anyway hope you injoy the site!!

I will try to make it up to the show, but that 5 miles makes a big difference to me, and takes quite a bit longer for me to make the trek for. My point is not so much who ran the Highgate arena first, but that SAW has now run it rather consistantly for a couple of years, and it is kind of their "Home base", which makes it so that people probably will think of them first when they think of wrestling in that building.
I prefer the St Albans city hall as a venue overall, for several reasons, it is easier for me to get to. It should be easier to draw a crowd, since it is right in town, and overall seems a bit more fan friendly place to run to me, but if you have had requests to run in Highgate, then I wish you well with that.
I think that either you, or the other group need to seriously think about running in Burlington though. The biggest population in VT, and there are no shows running there?

City hall is know longer allowing wrestling there, not that anything was done wrong, just a new person took it over and the didn't want wrestling in there. Burlington would be great but therte are know good venues except the auditorium and theres know way we are paying $5000 to use it, if you have any venues in mind, email me at nwaaddicted@yahoo.com,..

How about the Colchester High School? They have allowed shows to be run there before, at least with World Of Hurt Wrestling doing a charity event. It would be at least worth checking it out to see if they may allow you in.

I worked that show in '04 I believe it was. It was a great place, but there was hardly anyone in the crowd. Advertising was done but still didn't do much. However it is a start for a new venue.

I do not wish to talk about venues that are avalible on the boards, as you can imagen there are other promotions looking for venues as well!! I will say this though, the building (High School) you are talking about is out as I spoke with the athletic director, the show was a one time deal as it was done for a child in that area, if you wish to suggest stuff please feel free to email me...Thanks
